In a poll I took on the website I asked - where do you most need to improve your self esteem - guess what was the number one answer? 

In your relationships!

This is hardly surprising as relationships are one of the biggest sources of problems, misunderstandings, conflicts, disputes, stress and unhappiness. Relationships are very important to us. They affect our self esteem and self esteem affects our relationships. In this short article I would like to talk about how and why self esteem affects your relationships and what you can do to improve your ability to make lasting and mutually beneficial relationships which will bless your life.
