"How Do I Create a redirect Page?"

Top Tips to Help you Sell More

Make the link look better so people will click on it more often - instead of a link like this:

http://AFFILIATE.thisisbest.hop.clickbank.net

You will have this:

http://www.yoursite.com/page.html

How to do this:

  1. First, create a new web page on your site. Just leave it as a blank page.

  2. Then just put the following piece of code between the header tags:

    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;  url=http://AFFILIATE.thisisbest.hop.clickbank.net">

AFFILIATE should be replaced with your clickbank nickname.

  3. Save your page and upload it to your website.

  4. Now instead of using the clickbank link on your pages you can use:

    http://www.yoursite.com/page.html

where yoursite.com is your website and page.html is the name of the redirect page you just created

That's it done! So easy isn't it?

When someone clicks on your redirect page link the following 2 things happen:

1. They get taken to your redirect page which is a blank page. This lasts a few seconds.

2. The command in your header tag then forwards the visitor directly to the affiliate site.

The best thing about redirect pages is they do not look like affiliate links. They just look like normal pages. For those people that DO have a problem buying through affiliate links, they are unaware that the redirect page is actually an affiliate link.

Try using redirect pages for your affiliate links. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the results.
